The New Egypt First Aid Squad Inc. (NEFAS) is an all volunteer, non-profit
organization that provides regionalized basic emergency medical, vehicle extrication and mass
casualty management services, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The area served by NEFAS includes
all of Plumsted Township in Ocean County, portions of Upper Freehold Township in Monmouth County,
all of New Hanover Township and portions of North Hanover Township both in Burlington County.
